Feature:
1. The whole machine is made of steel, good performance in strength and rigidness.
2. Hydraumatic transmission, the hydro-cylinder at both ends will drive the sliders, cause they are right above the sliders.
3. We use the steel torsion bar to maintain synchronization with the slider.
4. The block structure make the machine stable and depentable.
5. For sliders, we use the machine to adjust in big range, and use the hand to adjust in small range, The counter will show the information.
Operation:
1. First connect the power, turn on the key from control panel, next start the oil pump, then you can hear the oil pump running.

2. To use the press brake, you must adjust the distance, and try it first before you actually brake it. 3. Make sure the distance between the upper module and the bottom is further than a plate. Or else there might be damage to the module and machine. We also have machine to adjust in big range and hand to adjust in small range.
4. To choose a press brake, the notch length must be 8 times of the plate. For instance, to brake a 4mm-thick plate, you have to choose a notch around 32mm length.
We use the machine to adjust in a big range and hand to adjust in small rang, the same as shearing machine.
5. The difference between press brake and shearing machine is that, after you start braking by stepping on the foot pedal, you can stop by loosening the pedal, and continue by stepping back on it.
